In the coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, which started in 2019 and was caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome-coronavirus-2 virus, clinical course of infection observed a wide range from very mild symptoms to death. Although system lungs are mostly affected COVID-19 infection, other organs systems also affected. The most common fever, cough, fatigue, difficulty breathing, anosmia, loss taste. cases where more severe, distress syndrome, cytokine storms, multiple organ failure, sepsis thrombosis seen. Liver involvement has an important place apart lung involvement, some patients with cooperation difficulties require general anesthesia during computed tomography imaging procedures or intensive care treatments. Again, need for urgent surgical intervention causes them be exposed anesthetics. negative effects agents on systems, especially liver, is issue that frequently emphasized literature. enzymes should monitored follow-up estimation mortality diagnosis COVID-19. Non-emergency surgeries postponed if applications necessary, non-hepatotoxic minimally hepatotoxic methods performed. this review, it aimed share information terms liver functions examining relationship liver.
